"Si parte con “The Factory", retta da un giro di basso molto fusion, che ricorda i primi dischi solisti del grande Stuart Hamm, ma Rigoni esprime delle soluzioni armoniche molto solari e personali, quindi ritengo l’accostamento un’indicazione di massima, poi verso la fine i suoni si fanno sperimentali e più intriganti. “Trying to Forget” è una piece morbida e rilassante, Alberto ha anche un’anima romantica e sensibile e qui la mostra, ma che tecnica! “Glory of Life” è più prog rock, con dei tempi complessi, si possono riscontrare delle vicinanze anche con Liquid Tension Experiment e Drem Theater, ma come detto prima Rigoni apporta una solarità tutta italica, una gioia di vivere che viene bene evidenziata anche col titolo del brano" - Rock-Impressions (IT)

His compositional skills are really good as well. On 'Something Different', you get some very good Bass driven instrumental rock. There is a very good balance in the playing where it isn't totally about the Bass. It obviously drives it, but the rest of the parts shine equally as well. You get some Funk, some atmospheric stuff and some good hard driving rock. I have always been a big fan of the Bass when played with taste and Rigoni is very good at this. "Thirty-five minutes was perfect for this disc. It was so out of the ordinary. There was absolutely zero flashiness or Alberto trying to be the showstopper on all tracks. Everyone plays nice with each other and each track is different from the next. This something that all musicians should give a chance to. Thank God someone like Mr. Rigoni had the smarts to take a pretty much vocal free disc and turn into something special and not make it into a clinic session. Each track was composed with great care and it shows. I know this will fly under the radar and not many people will get it cause it’s not from the likes of a Steve Harris, Sheehan or Stu Hamm, but I seriously suggest checking this out. "Funk, Rock, Fusion, Ambient, Progressive,…, sucht euch was aus, da ist alles dabei und Alberto Rigoni zeigt, wie mal bei all diesen Stilen den Bass sehr effizient einsetzen kann. Fein, dezent und nie überheblich steht der Bass im Vordergrund und stellt seine oftmals unterbewertete Position im Bandgefüge dar. Die Scheibe wird, wie bereits erwähnt, durch seine abwechslungsreichen Tracks nie langweilig und auch Metalfans kommen sicher auf ihre Rechnung. Hervorheben möchte ich „Jammin.. On Vocal Drums", bei dem Enrico Buttol (sonst an fast allen Track hinter den Kesseln) das Mikro in die Hand nimmt und diese typischen Drum-Rhythmen per Mund produziert. Einzigartig, wenn dazu noch ein Bass und eine Gitarre jammen. Fazit: ein sehr progressives Album, welches aber durch die Vielfalt der Stile Anhänger sämtlicher Richtungen anziehen kann. Inoltre, da segnalare la presenza di due ospisti: Tommy Ermolli e Daniele Gottardo (per chi non lo sapesse, alla chitarra) che permettono di riempire i brani con dei riff potenti alla chitarra.
